Muhammad Suleiman is a C level Business Development professional with over 10 years’ experience across the African Continent. He brings his network and knowledge of the business ecosystem in the region to the team.

Muhammad has multi sector experience in Marketing, Film, Media, Real Estate, B2B and B2G engagements.

Muhammad operates and manages his own corporate advisory and property services business that offers bespoke services to local and global clients.

Bio

Roshni Bhatt holds a BA in Sports Management, and a Masters’ in High Performance Coaching Soccer from Barcelona, Spain.

Roshni is a former football player turned into strength and conditioning coach and video analyst, football tactician and enthusiast.

She is currently a Performance Analyst and Assistant Women Development Officer, under Football Federation of Kenya and has previously engaged in projects such as FIFA/FKF Grassroots’ Women Football Development Program.

Akida is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya practicing under the name and style of M/S ALI & COMPANY ADVOCATES. He holds an LLB degree from Kenyatta University School of Law and a post-graduate diploma from Kenya School of Law.

Akida is currently undertaking his master in Law (LLM) Degree from the University of Nairobi. He holds a Program in Comparative Media Law & Policy award (Oxford University, 2013).

Akida has researched and written extensively in various areas of law. His

experience in litigation having appeared in all courts in Kenya’s judicial system including the Supreme Court is an asset to many within the legal profession and its stakeholders.

Khayran Noor is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Member of the Legal Committee of Women Sport International (WSI) and an Arbitrator – MCIArb (Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators), Young Members Group (YMG) Steering Committee (CIArb) and currently pursuing an LLM in Sports Law and Practice at De MontFort University (DMU), Leicester (UK).

Khayran is passionate about transparent and accountable governance, policy and management in the field of sports/law and physical activity.

She is determined to empower girls/women, People Living with Determination (PLWDs) and youth in general by supporting their sporting and physical activity experiences and enhancing/promoting the contribution of the power of sport to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Wavinya Mbaluka is an Advocate of High Court of Kenya. She graduated from the Kenyatta University with a Bachelors Degree in Law and earned her post graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.

Her main areas of practice include IP matters, Employment and Labour Law, Commercial & Corporate transactions and Human Rights law.

Mbaluka has successfully represented individuals, professionals, SMEs, financial institutions and insurance companies in Civil, Criminal Courts and Tribunals in Kenya.

Susan Njoki is an amateur football player and an U7 football coach at Kahawa Sportive Soccer Academy in Nairobi, and a Bundesliga Youth Ambassador (BUYA) in Kenya.

In March 2020, she was nominated as a Bundesliga Project Lead for Mathare Youth Sports Association.

She is a peer educator for the elderly and youth in her community since 2018 and has been acting as a team doctor to different soccer teams during tournaments and activities.

She was a semi-finalist for the World Remit ‘Future Stars’ Program hosted by the Arsenal Football Club (AFC), London, UK having been shortlisted among sixteen (16) other coaches from Africa.

Currently a co-founder of ‘Mea na Mimea’ or ‘Growing with Crops’ Initiative which advocates and empowers developing young and talented children through urban farming at different children homes such as Bethsaida, in Nairobi.

Brian is the Team Lead,  software developer and UX Researcher at Muts Tech. Being a certified IBM Big Data Specialist, he has worked with different organizations to deploy both hardware and software-based technologies in the entertainment and payment space.

Before Muts Tech Brian worked as a senior developer and UX researcher at iHub Software Consulting.Previously, Brian was the technology lead at Homeboyz Group – a leading event and entertainment company in Eastern Africa. As the technology lead at Homeboyz Group he worked on eWallet technologies (Swype Pay), online ticketing platforms (tikiti.co.ke) and many other conference based platforms and applications. He also led the team at Jambo.bet to deploy the Kenyan version of the platform, payment integrations, and analytics portal.

In the course of his career, he had been involved in the development, deployment, and testing of diverse solutions such as marathon timing systems, NFC cashless payment platforms.

He is an impact coach who uses sports to bring about social change and improve the quality of life in communities by setting and running community programmes aimed at young people aged between 11 and 25.

He is an accredited Physio-trainer, physiotherapist, and nutritionist, with years of experience in creating one-on-one fitness programs.

Daniel is a Level 3, Tackle Africa, instructor as he was part of a project across East and Southern Africa working towards an AIDS-free future for girls and women through football for two years.

With advanced coaching knowledge & experience, he helps professional sportspeople, sports teams, community teams or school groups participating in sports to work towards achieving their full potential and improve performance.

Otto has organized & initiated numerous sports-related projects, classes, programmes, coaching, club development and training with an aim to address issues of health, crime, and social inclusion.

Mumbi is passionate about corporate governance, policy formulation, research, mentorship and youth advocacy.

Jane Adhiambo is a para athlete, in professional Wheelchair Tennis. She also plays Para volleyball, wheelchair basketball and trains in powerlifting.

She holds a Diploma in Community Counselling and a Certificate in Public Relations and Customer Care from Kenya, Certificate in Coaching from Kenya Lawn Tennis, Action Network for the Disabled, Coaches across the Continent and National Olympic Committee of Kenya Women Sports Administrators’ Course. She is also trained on Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights.

In 2018, Jane won ‘The SOYA Award’ (Kenya Sports Personality of Year Awards), under the Woman Living with Disability Category, was elected regional representative at the International Tennis Federation (ITF) World Wheelchair Tennis Players Council representing Africa, and Player representative in Kenya Lawn Tennis Council.

Jane has worked as a Sports Coach in Inclusive Sport, Special Needs children and Sexual, Gender Based Violence (GBV) and Reproductive Health Rights Projects.

Jane has won Eight (8) gold medals, Nine (9) silver medals and Three (3) bronze medals in both single and doubles at the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Competitions.

He has represented his country in both domestic and international dispute resolution competitions, most notably being the CPR International Mediation Moot 2019,held in Sao Paulo, Brazil where his team won the Spirit of the Moot award.

He is also passionate about community development projects and is active in the

Angel Arms Of Hope Group, a volunteering society where he serves as a treasurer

of the group. In addition to this, he serves as the current Vice Chairperson of the

Young Members Group (YMG) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Kenya

Branch (CIARB-KE), a group dedicated to the promotion of the use of Alternative

Dispute Resolution Mechanisms amongst young practitioners.

He strongly believes that the only way to move forward as the global world, is if “no

one gets left behind.”

He currently works in one of the leading litigation and commercial firms in Nairobi,

Kenya where he has been exposed to litigation and commercial law, environmental

governance and projects and financing legal practice.
